ACCESS – MODIFY ACCOUNT & PARENT / PET PROFILES button to view and edit your pet profiles.
VET / CAREGIVER ACCESS PET PROFILE is where Vet & Care Services, people you designate and you can quickly view your pet’s information in a non-editable format.
PET ID (6-characters): Use the Pet ID to Login to this information. The Pet ID is located on the pet’s Collar Tag & ID Card and in the Pet Parent section of the account.
MOBILE APP: Immediately after adding a pet you have access to the Your Pet Data read-only mobile app. Use, “Your Pet Data” to locate and download the app from the iOS or Android app store. Login to the mobile app using your Parent Username and Password.
REMOVE A PET: You can permanently remove a pet from the Service and stop its billing by clicking the REMOVE A PET button.
Pet removal and account deletion cannot be undone!
SUSPEND A PET: You can optionally suspend access to the service and billing by clicking the SUSPEND A PET button. Do this if you would rather not permanently Remove the pet’s information.
DELETE ACCOUNT: To Delete your Account, first remove all of your pets, then press the DELETE ACCOUNT button to permanently delete the entire account. This cannot be undone.
PAYMENT FAILURE: If a payment failure occurs, your pet’s profile will be temporarily inactive until the issue is resolved. A failure is usually due to a credit card update. To correct the situation, under your pet’s name click User Aids and scroll to the last item, Update Billing Information to update and reactivate your pet’s status.
